So now that I have been in London for a little over 2 months, I should probably tell you guys what I decided to bring with me beauty wise. For everyone who knows me, I am a huge product hoarder and my mom joked the whole summer about what a hard time I would have selecting what products I would bring with me across the pond. Even though I thought packing my products was going to be like choosing between my children, it was actually remarkably easy and I managed to have room to spare in my makeup bag, I know shocking.
First things first, we need to talk about this amazing makeup bag from Mark and Graham. It is made up of two of my favorite things: navy and chestnut leather. I received this makeup bag for Christmas last year and I was honestly afraid to use it because it was so beautiful.
On to the products that I brought: I tried to keep things a minimalistic as possible. I brought: the Charlotte Tilbury Wonder Glow, Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation, NARS creamy concealer in the shade vanilla , Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow, MAC Mineralize Skin Finish, Charlotte Tilbury Norman Parker highlighter (out of stock!), Charlotte Tilbury Blush in Sex on Fire, the NYX brow mascara in espresso, Charlotte Tilbury eye palettes in Vintage Vamp and Golden Goddess, Burberry eyeshadow in Pale Barley, my MAC cosmetics custom palette, Charlotte Tilbury “The Classic” eye powder pencils in Audrey and Sophia, Charlotte Tilbury Full Fat Lashes Mascara, Charlotte Tilbury lipstick in Stoned Rose and Bitch Perfect, Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk, Charlotte Tilbury lasting lip lacquers in Ibiza Lights and Lip Luster, and Mac Patisserie.
If you are sensing a Charlotte Tilbury theme, than you would be correct. Her products are just amazing and so reliably incredible. I would rather use all of one brand that I know will always make me feel incredible, so CT was the way to go. I have also done a little bit of makeup shopping while here in London, so keep your eyes peeled for a haul post coming soon!
